Marketing Manager, Amazon Private Brands

Are you passionate about elevating brands through innovative marketing and operational excellence? Join our Amazon Private Brands team as an Onsite Marketing Manager, where you’ll spearhead high-impact initiatives that bring our products to life onsite. In this dynamic role, you will blend creativity and analytical thinking to ensure our Amazon Essentials and Amazon Basics brands shine across brand stores and landing pages, helping millions of customers discover products that delight them every day.
By collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll coordinate and execute our seasonal marketing campaigns to showcase our brands across channels such as brand stores, detail pages, and the broader Amazon ecosystem. You’ll drive and execute our brand store strategy, determining how to optimize real estate to improve customer CX and conversion. Whether you’re collaborating with our creative team to develop assets, partnering with fellow marketers or business teams to determine the right selection to showcase, or managing the operational execution of bringing the brand stores to life, your ability to balance details with big-picture thinking will be crucial to success.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Lead Amazon Basics and Amazon Essentials Seasonal Flips: own and coordinate creative brief, partner with creative team to bring assets to life, craft compelling product stories to showcase in creative, evaluate campaign success and shape recommendations to improve performance moving forward.
  2. Operational execution of brand stores across 6 marketplaces: Oversee the tactical rollout of our seasonal flips across brand stores and detail page brand stories.
  3. Support Category Flips: Ensure operational excellence when integrating private brands into the broader Amazon onsite ecosystem.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, other marketing POCs, and business teams to ensure product inventory, marketing content, and promotional assets are go live-ready.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Bachelor's Degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
