$50.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Duration: 6+ months contract

Job Description:

• We are seeking an organized and proactive Demand Generation Specialist to temporarily support the SMB Demand Generation team. In this role, you will focus on driving demand within the Sales-Assisted segment through outbound marketing campaigns and event marketing support.
• You will be responsible for the execution of outbound email campaigns, building and managing targeted contact lists, enabling Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales teams with outreach materials, and tracking campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and track outbound marketing campaigns targeting SMB prospects.
• Identify, build, and segment contact lists for outbound campaigns using internal tools and data sources.
• Assign targeted contact lists to BDRs and provide campaign context, messaging guidance, and campaign goals.
• Support event marketing efforts, including driving attendee registrations through outbound campaigns.
• Create and distribute pre-event briefing materials and talking points for BDRs and Sales teams.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outbound campaigns and event registration initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, outbound marketing, sales development support, event marketing, or related fields.
• Proven track record of executing successful outbound marketing campaigns that contributed to pipeline growth.
• Experience working directly with or enabling BDR/SDR teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate Salesforce CRM, demand funnel dashboards, and build basic reports.
• Ability to present campaign plans and performance updates clearly to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
• Proficiency with Gworkspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.).

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
