Beauty Quest Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic development and omnichannel activations for our core brands (Rusk, Aquage, One N' Only). This hybrid role is based at our Stamford, CT headquarters and offers the chance to shape growth across multiple brands.
You will own day-to-day execution of global marketing programs to drive growth, market share and brand equity, collaborating with Digital, Sales and Education teams to ensure cohesive brand strategy.
Beauty Quest Group is a leading integrated manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label hair care, color and styling products to professional salons and specialty retailers. We also sell a wide range of hair care products including Aquage, RUSK and One 'n Only, as well as private label brands for leading retailers. In addition, we provide contract manufacturing services to other leading marketers of hair care and other topical products.

The Marketing Manager for Beauty Quest Group is responsible for executing the strategic development and omnichannel activations for our core portfolio of brands (Rusk, Aquage, and One N' Only). This role owns the day-to-day execution of global marketing programs to drive growth, market share, and brand equity. This is a hybrid position out of our headquarters in Stamford, CT.
The salary range for this role is $85,000/yr-$100,000/yr and considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
