Job summary

Staffmark Group in Plano, TX seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead market research and strategic digital media efforts with a focus on driving national sales and revenue. You will oversee roas-driven campaigns, coordinate with HQ teams, and manage agency partnerships.

The role requires at least 6 years in performance/growth marketing, strong analytics, and proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate networks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance and growth marketing functions for brands or agencies.
  • Ability to facilitate work with cross-functional teams in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet fast deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of channel backend tools for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate partners.
  • Strong track record of delivering growth targets for consumer goods.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and VLOOKUP.
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee lower-funnel media including Paid Search, Social, Affiliate, and programmatic campaigns focused on national sales, revenue and traffic against ROAS goals.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum direct-response performance across front- and back-end attributes.
  • Forecast revenue, traffic, and spend by channel.
  • Monitor campaign spend and adjust strategies to stay within budget and meet targets.
  • Collaborate with website category managers to prioritize objectives and launches for the HE division.
  • Coordinate with HQ marketing teams to apply global best practices and execute campaigns.
  • Manage agency partners to optimize resources and decisions.
  • Work with Digital Product, Creative Services and UX teams to optimize landing page conversions.
  • Work with engineering to optimize product feed and tagging needs.
  • Keep product feed for PLA up-to-date and coordinate with agencies.
  • Develop, plan and execute DCO campaigns for programmatic channels and retargeting.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Reconcile planned vs actual deliveries and invoicing for accuracy.
  • Assist in ad-related operations: tagging, billing reconciliation, etc.
  • Generate GTMs and executive-ready recaps with key takeaways and insights.
  • Test new ad tech vendors and partners to diversify growth.
  • Continuously test new creatives, offers, and landing pages.

Summary:

The main function of a marketing manager is to lead research of market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee lower-funnel (Hot) media, inclusive of Paid Search (PLA/Text), Social (AOH- Always On Hot), Affiliate/EPP, and programmatic (AOH) paid media campaigns focused on generating national sales, website revenue, and traffic against ROAS goals.
  • Practice tactical & strategic excellence in digital media management, continuously optimizing all front- and back-end attributes of a campaign for maximum direct-response performance.
  • Responsible for forecasting projected revenue, traffic, and spend by channel.
  • Monitor and manage campaign spend within channel budgets and adjust strategies to stay within budget while achieving targets.
  • Collaborate with website category managers to prioritize and execute business objectives, offers, and launches for the HE division.
  • Partner with HQ marketing teams to ensure global best practices are being followed and execute strategic projects and ad hoc campaigns.
  • Effectively manage agency partners to ensure resources are making the most informed and effective optimization & execution decisions.
  • Work closely with Digital Product, Consumer Marketing Creative Services and UX teams to optimize landing page conversion.
  • Partner with engineering to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot our product feed for optimal use as well as tagging needs.
  • Ensure our product feed for PLA and coordination/management with agencies are continuously up-to-date.
  • Develop, plan, and execute DCO campaigns for Programmatic channels and retargeting efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Reconcile all planned and actual deliveries and associated invoicing for accuracy.
  • Assist in ad-related operations: site tagging, billing reconciliation, opening of PPs, changes to ATBs, BQMS submissions, as needed.
  • Generate ongoing GTMs and recaps for cross-functional and executive sharing. Ensure these reports are written in executive-level language with appropriate takeaways/insights/optimizations.
  • Explore & prioritize new ad tech vendors & media partners to test to diversify and grow our portfolio.
  • Continuously test new creative, offers, ad formats, and landing pages within existing programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
