Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Create marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update product pricing lists, catalogs, and marketing collateral.
• Design and coordinate trade show displays, promotional materials, and product presentations.
• Ensure consistent branding across all print, digital, and customer-facing materials.
• Work closely with sales, leadership, and product teams to support business development initiatives.
• Coordinate website content updates and digital marketing efforts.
• Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and ROI.
• Manage relationships with outside vendors, printers, advertising partners, and creative agencies as needed.
