As a Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Marketing department supporting the full Marketing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong process thinking, clear cross-team communication, and a proactive, systems-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design and implement scalable operational processes, frameworks, and workflows to standardize and accelerate marketing project delivery across sub-teams.
- Build an integrated system of record by identifying and connecting project management, collaboration, and reporting tools for unified visibility across Marketing.
- Own the integrated marketing master work plan by managing timelines, dependencies, and execution across campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives.
- Lead project governance for high-priority, cross-functional work, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while driving continuous improvement through retrospectives.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive reporting by synthesizing KPIs, project status, and operational health, while partnering on budget tracking and team planning.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced Marketing or Creative environment.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective workflow processes and operational frameworks.
- Expert proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Wrike) and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use data (including budget data) to drive decisions and report on performance.
