The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy across all company departments. This high-level role involves crafting and implementing marketing strategies, driving campaigns, ensuring cross-departmental alignment, and leading data-driven decision-making. The Marketing Manager will work closely with department heads to ensure cohesive brand communication, execution of goals, and achievement of long-term objectives.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each department, considering their unique goals and target markets.
- Align marketing objectives with the company’s business strategies and growth plans.
- Identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights to inform decision-making and refine marketing initiatives.
- Set short-term and long-term marketing goals, ensuring integration into overall business plans.
- Lead the design and execution of major marketing campaigns across all departments.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful launches, promotions, and events and act as the key liaison between the marketing department and department heads.
- Oversee budget allocation for marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Ensure alignment of marketing objectives, timelines, and resources across departments.
- Facilitate regular Level 10 meetings to maintain smooth communication, ensuring all team members are informed and aligned on marketing initiatives.
- Address any bottlenecks or challenges to ensure timely execution of marketing projects.
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Provide detailed reports to department heads and senior leadership, presenting insights, key performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Leverage data analytics tools to optimize future marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.
- Adjust strategies as needed based on performance data and changing market conditions.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including copywriting, graphics, video production, or overseeing third-party vendors as necessary.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to the content development team when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
- 5+ years’ proven experience leading marketing campaigns across multiple channels required.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely navigate varied work environments, including office, airport, hangar, and outdoor areas, when required by business needs.
- Possible exposure to varying weather conditions, aircraft noise, and uneven walking surfaces.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events and promotional activities and to safely move throughout operational areas while following applicable safety requirements.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through digital communication platforms.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move materials, equipment, marketing displays, or supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and maneuver as necessary to set up or retrieve marketing materials and equipment.
- Ability to work at events, trade shows, promotional activities, and other off-site functions, which may require extended periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or extended hours for marketing events or special projects, as required.
