Responsibilities

  • Lead development and continuous improvement of marketing workflows, campaign calendars, project tracking systems, and departmental processes.
  • Oversee new product launches, seasonal offerings, partnerships, and innovation initiatives; develop go-to-market plans to drive awareness and brand growth.
  • Manage budgets, resources, sponsorships, vendors, and project investments; track spend and provide ROI analysis.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and annual campaign plans.
  • Manage end-to-end development, execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate cross-channel marketing with Brand Marketing Manager, Communications Specialist, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop compelling marketing content and maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, production vendors, and strategic partners.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager with a unique blend of experience in marketing and project management. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing integrated marketing programs that support brand growth, product innovation, customer engagement, and business objectives. This role serves as a key connector between marketing, sales, hospitality, operations, and external partners to ensure initiatives are effectively brought to market. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong project leadership, and data-driven decision making to deliver measurable results and continuously improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Operations & Process Management: Lead the development and continuous improvement of marketing workflows, campaign calendars, project tracking systems, and departmental processes to drive efficiency, accountability, and visibility across the marketing team. Identify opportunities to enhance team effectiveness through process optimization, AI-enabled tools, automation, and operational best practices.
  • Product Launches & Brand Development: Oversee new product launches, seasonal offerings, partnerships, and innovation initiatives. Develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive awareness, engagement, trial, and long-term brand growth.
  • Budget, Resource Management & Performance Reporting: Manage budgets, resources, sponsorships, vendors, and project investments to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and within budget. Track spend, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide reporting and ROI analysis to support business decisions.
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and annual campaign plans that support company objectives, drive sales, and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end development, execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing Coordination: Partner with the Brand Marketing Manager, Communications Specialist, and other stakeholders to align campaigns, content, and promotional efforts with broader business priorities and marketing objectives.
  • Content & Brand Stewardship: Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to develop compelling marketing content and maintain brand consistency across all customer and consumer touchpoints.
  • Agency, Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, production vendors, and strategic partners. Establish project scopes, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution and effective use of marketing resources.
  • Retail Merchandise & Point-of-Sale Oversight: Provide oversight for merchandise, promotional items, and point-of-sale materials that support retail, gift shop, and in-market sales initiatives. Collaborate with team members to ensure product assortments, inventory planning, vendor relationships, and purchasing decisions align with brand standards, business objectives, and sales priorities.
  • Project Planning, Execution & Analysis: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects by defining scope, managing timelines, coordinating resources, establishing KPIs, and monitoring results. Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders to ensure projects achieve strategic objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, hospitality, and other departments to align priorities, facilitate communication, and ensure marketing initiatives support broader business objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Will manage multiple team members, providing leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

  • Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
  • Experience in the craft beverage, alcohol, hospitality, consumer packaged goods, or lifestyle brand industries.
