We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive firmwide growth. Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence, developing targeted marketing strategies, and producing impactful proposals and campaigns that engage clients and win work. You will work closely with leadership, business development, and design teams to shape the firm’s voice and support strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with firm goals and market sectors
  • Strengthen and manage brand identity across all touchpoints—print, digital, social, and experiential
  • Lead thought leadership content, articles, and award submissions
  • Manage and facilitate go/no-go decisions for RFQs and RFPs
  • Produce RFQ/RFP responses working with leadership, technical staff, and consultants, while ensuring compliance, creativity, and strategic alignment
  • Maintain and refine proposal templates, resumes, project descriptions, and qualifications materials
  • Oversee website content, SEO optimization, and analytics
  • Oversee social media channels to support thought leadership and engagement
  • Oversee and coordinate photography, video, and storytelling that capture the impact of our work
  • Plan and oversee advertising, promotional activities, sponsorships, networking events, tradeshows, and employee events
  • Support client relationship management (CRM) systems and reporting
  • Manage and mentor marketing staff, interns, and/or consultants as needed
  • Reviews and analyzes marketing activities to determine effectiveness
  • Represents the firm with clients and business partners

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphics, or related field
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of InDesign and layout design best practices
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experienced with managing a marketing budget, calendar and multiple projects simultaneously
