Day-to-day responsibilities:

- Create short and mid-form content: LinkedIn posts, emails, newsletters, short-form video scripts, carousels, etc.
- Write and edit marketing copy for the website, digital ads, and landing pages to support campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with designers by providing thoughtful creative direction and feedback to ensure strong, high-quality visual content.
- Draw out innovative ideas and fresh perspectives from internal experts and turn them into compelling LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and thought leadership content.
- Follow evolving best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube, and B2B content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Leverage generative AI tools to brainstorm, draft, edit, and repurpose content efficiently.
- Work within tools like Descript to edit and produce short-form videos.
- Generate creative content ideas and strategies to drive greater impact with our target audience.
- Partner closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager and teammates to brainstorm, build, and refine standout content across channels.
- Align all content with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Proven experience creating engaging short- and mid-form B2B content (e.g., posts and other assets for LinkedIn, newsletters, short videos).
- Sharp, compelling writing skills across a variety of formats and audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and proven experience co-creating high-quality content with teammates in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and best practices.
- Experience with short-form video creation, editing tools (ideally Descript), and basic YouTube strategy.
- Strong ability to repurpose long-form content into multiple platform-native assets.
- Strong marketing copywriting skills for web, ad, and landing page content.
- Good design sensibility and ability to give clear, insightful feedback on visual content.
- Ghostwriting experience for executives (strong plus).
- Extensive experience using AI tools for content creation, editing, and optimization.
- Warmth, positivity, and a team-first mindset — you value building strong relationships while driving high-impact work.
- Bonus if you have:
