About The Role
The Marketing Manager owns demand generation for a fast-growing B2B SaaS portfolio, translating positioning into campaigns that consistently produce qualified pipeline.
This role blends strategy and hands-on execution: building integrated programs across paid, email, SEO, and content, while partnering closely with sales and product marketing to hit revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and organic content
- Own the SEO/SEM strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and management of Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns with target CPL and ROAS goals
- Build and maintain campaign reporting in GA4 and the CRM, tracking MQLs, pipeline contribution, and CAC to guide budget allocation
- Run the content calendar in partnership with writers and designers, shipping landing pages, nurture sequences, and gated assets on schedule
- Design and run A/B tests on messaging, ad creative, and landing pages to improve conversion at every funnel stage
- Manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot or Marketo, including lead scoring, nurture tracks, and lifecycle emails
- Report campaign performance and quarterly plans to leadership, with clear recommendations on channel mix and spend
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in B2B tech with direct pipeline or revenue accountability
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, plus GA4 and at least one BI or reporting tool
- Proven track record managing paid media budgets of $250K+ annually with measurable ROI improvements
- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and experience coordinating content programs with subject-matter experts
- Excellent writing and project-management skills; comfortable juggling 5+ concurrent campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Bonus: experience with product-led-growth motions, ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), or marketing attribution modeling
