Sans is on a mission to build the next great consumer hardware brand, with a laser focus on products that help people live healthier lives at home. Marketing at Sans moves fast — multiple campaigns, channels, and teams running in parallel against a shared calendar. This role exists to turn that strategy into a well-run process: building the timelines, coordinating the people, and keeping every workstream on track without things falling through the cracks.
The Marketing Manager will own the operational backbone of the marketing calendar — organizing the process, building the systems, and coordinating across teams to bring the strategy to life. This person is equal parts planner, project manager, and connective tissue: comfortable setting up an Asana workflow one hour and coordinating a shoot logistics timeline the next.
This role reports to VP, Brand & Creative and partners closely with commercial team leads across brand, lifecycle, growth, paid, and creative, as well as external partners like PR and influencer teams. This role will also have exposure to the President of Sans for special project management.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized systems-and-process person who thrives on turning ambiguity into a clear plan, and who genuinely enjoys the coordination work that makes everyone else's job easier.
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $95,000 - $100,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and equity. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.
