We are building our marketing function from the inside out, and we’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own it. This is a revenue-focused role: someone who learns our marketing and our customers, then executes fast and simply to grow revenue inside our existing customer base — while building the brand, content, and sales enablement our field and customers need. It’s a player-coach seat with real runway to build a team as results earn it.
Key Responsibilities
Brand, Storytelling & Social Transformation
- Own and, over time, take over production of our flagship video content series — brand storytelling that builds employee pride, engages customers and prospects, and elevates our standing in the industry.
- Lead our social and content transformation: build a video-first content library (YouTube, LinkedIn, website, and social) on a cadence planned and committed a quarter at a time, driving organic growth and brand recognition ahead of a market still leaning on traditional promotion.
- Own our brand standards and voice across every channel, plus all internal and external communications.
- Produce a steady stream of content — market updates, product and spec changes, customer testimonials, and instructional videos, which resonate with our customers more than traditional promotion.
- Manage all company social media accounts and own distribution and publishing across channels.
- Own our sales tools and customer-facing collateral so reps can focus on prospecting and closing, not building their own materials.
- Keep product line cards current and build customizable customer presentations that communicate features, benefits, and value — not just price.
- Know and leverage our vendor programs across the major brand partners.
Digital, CRM & Marketing Automation
- Own Salesforce and marketing automation (Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
- Own the company website end-to-end — UX, content, SEO, and lead generation.
- Turn our own customer and purchase data into targeted, segmented campaigns.
- Drive cross-sell across our full offering — fuel, lubricants, DEF, cardlock, ISO Clean, and services — by consistently educating customers on everything we provide.
- Build always-on customer touchpoints between orders: retargeting, order and usage reminders (including SMS), and account-level recommendations based on purchase history.
- Identify white-space opportunities in the existing base and build strategies to win them.
- Build direct marketing relationships with our primary lubricant vendors (Chevron, Shell, Phillips 66, Castrol); map and activate available co-op marketing programs and ship co-branded work.
- Track every campaign with attribution; report performance and ROI monthly to the General Manager.
