EGYBELL international is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead consumer-focused marketing initiatives for a leading lubricants and automotive services company. You will develop and execute campaigns across channels and support product launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • 8–10 years marketing experience with B2C brand execution.
  • Experience supporting product launches and pricing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Leadership with experience managing agencies and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, PR, digital and in-store channels.
  • Support product development and lead launches and relaunches.
  • Contribute to pricing reviews and align with sales and finance for competitiveness.
  • Deploy POS materials and retail activations to drive engagement and sales uplift.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally on new product development from concept to launch.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Gather market data, map customer journeys and tailor messaging across touchpoints.
  • Track KPIs and analyze ROI to optimize future initiatives.

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of consumer-focused marketing initiatives for a leading lubricants and automotive services company

Responsibilities
B2C Marketing Execution

Implement brand strategies and marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives Execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL BTL PR digital and in-store channels Support product development initiatives and lead product introductions and relaunches in the market Contribute to price management activities including pricing reviews competitive benchmarking and alignment with sales and finance to ensure market competitiveness Ensure effective deployment of POS materials and retail activations to drive consumer engagement and sales uplift

Product amp Portfolio Support

Coordinate cross-functionally on new product development NPD projects from concept to launch Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback and sales data

Consumer amp Market Insights

Gather and analyze market and consumer data to optimize campaigns and activations Map customer journeys and tailor messaging across touchpoints to improve conversion and loyalty Monitor competitor activities including pricing strategies and industry trends

Light B2B Exposure

Advantageous Support sector-based marketing initiatives targeting workshops distributors fleet and other trade segments where applicable Contribute to Customer Value Proposition CVP development for priority segments Assist in customer journey marketing initiatives that enhance both consumer and trade engagement

Performance Measurement amp Reporting

Track KPIs related to campaign performance product launches pricing impact and brand visibility Analyze ROI and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives

Required skills
  • Academic: Bachelor s or MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8 10 years in marketing, preferably with exposure to brand execution in B2C channels, ideally within lubricants, automotive, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven experience supporting product launches and pricing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent team player with experience managing marketing agencies and partnerships.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
