About The Role
The Marketing Manager owns integrated demand-generation and brand programs for a technology business, translating product positioning into campaigns that drive qualified traffic, engagement, and pipeline across B2B and B2C audiences.
The role combines campaign strategy, content operations, marketing analytics, and hands‑on execution across email, paid media, SEO, SEM, social, and web. The manager will work closely with sales, product marketing, design, and revenue operations to improve conversion throughout the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid social, paid search, organic search, webinars, and content channels
- Build campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, landing pages, nurture journeys, and content calendars tied to audience and funnel stage
- Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows in platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Analyze channel and funnel performance using GA4, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent reporting tools; translate findings into budget and campaign decisions
- Run A/B tests on audience segments, email subject lines, ad creative, landing pages, calls to action, and nurture sequences
- Partner with SEO, content, social, and design specialists to publish high-quality assets and improve organic and paid acquisition
- Report on pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, engagement, and campaign ROI to marketing and executive stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or integrated campaign management within a technology company
- Demonstrated success planning and measuring multi-channel campaigns tied to leads, pipeline, revenue, or customer acquisition
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, CRM, web analytics, and paid media platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, lifecycle marketing, conversion-rate optimization, attribution, and funnel analytics
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS or consumer technology, account-based marketing, SQL, Looker/Tableau, CMS platforms, or marketing experimentation programs
