Job summary

Marriott Vacation Club is seeking motivated individuals to join our lobby sales team. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will engage guests face-to-face, introduce them to our Marketing team, and provide exceptional local area guidance.

You will help guests plan memorable visits with recommendations for attractions and dining, deliver high-quality service, and assist with guest needs while working a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays, in a welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Enjoy talking with guests face to face
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand or walk for extended period of time or for an entire work shift

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and provide elevated customer service face to face
• Offer assistance when needed and introduce guests to the Marketing team
• Provide the highest level of service to suggest local attractions and restaurant recommendations
• Provide effective problem resolution techniques if applicable
