Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the referral process and expand our partner network for home health services in the Midwest. This role strengthens patient connections and drives growth for our care teams.

You will cultivate relationships with referral sources, coordinate campaigns, ensure compliant communications, and help PurposeCare deliver compassionate, home-based care across our locations.

Qualifications

• One year of home health, marketing, or case management experience.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with referral sources.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full referral process, including identifying needs and coordinating care.
• Cultivate new and existing referral relationships to grow the business.
• Initiate and expand the referral network.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Responsible for the complete referral process, including identifying home health needs, verifying benefits, and coordinating care.


• Cultivate new and existing relationships resulting in company growth.


• Initiate and expand referral network.


• Comply with all aspects of the company's compliance and HIPPA regulations.


• One year of home health, marketing, or case management experience or a combination of each.


• Must possess a valid driver's license.
