PurposeCare is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the referral process for clients and coordinate care within our Midwest home health services. You will help ensure seamless referrals and foster trusted relationships with healthcare providers and clients.

Responsibilities include cultivating new and existing relationships, expanding the referral network, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while driving growth across our PurposeCare locations.

Qualifications

• One year of home health, marketing, or case management experience or a combination of each.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Responsible for the complete referral process, including identifying home health needs, verifying benefits, and coordinating care.
