Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the referral process for our home health services. You will cultivate new and existing relationships to drive company growth and coordinate care through the referral network.

Requirements include 1 year of home health, marketing, or case management experience and a valid driver's license. Join a team focused on bringing healthcare home and improving client outcomes.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Responsible for the complete referral process, including identifying home health needs, verifying benefits, and coordinating care.

• Comply with all aspects of the company's compliance and HIPPA regulations.
