Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the referral process for clients in need of home health services. You will manage the full referral cycle, verify benefits, and coordinate care while cultivating new and existing provider relationships to drive growth.

You will operate within a team that values accuracy, compliance with HIPAA, and a patient-first approach, with opportunities for professional development and internal mobility across PurposeCare locations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Responsible for the complete referral process, including identifying home health needs, verifying benefits, and coordinating care.
• Cultivate new and existing relationships resulting in company growth.
• Initiate and expand referral network.
• Comply with all aspects of the company's compliance and HIPPA regulations.
• One year of home health, marketing, or case management experience or a combination of each.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Hiring Range

60,000-62,000+ bonus
