PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager to lead a leasing team and help the Property Manager achieve revenue, occupancy, and retention goals. This onsite leader will train and develop staff to improve performance and accountability.

The role emphasizes marketing, analytics, and collaboration with colleges and vendors to drive qualified leads and strengthen the brand at the community level.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, business, real estate or related field.

Aufgaben

• Assist with brand management at community level.
• Analyze sub-market trends and develop a strategic marketing plan to drive qualified leads.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of targeting strategy, lead generation, advertising, and materials for relevance to lead goals.
• Supervise lease-up events, renewal parties, property events, and competitions as approved by the Executive Director.
• Build relationships with colleges, vendors, and prospects to support on-site staff.
• Develop annual property marketing plans and resident programs.
• Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy.
• Complete market surveys and leasing reports as required.
• Prepare and maintain knowledge of all lease-related paperwork.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; assist with data entry.
• Manage ILS provider, website updates, and bulk advertising opportunities.
• Create or review property promotional items.
