Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Marketing and Sales Manager to lead the leasing team onsite and support the Property Manager in achieving revenue, occupancy, and retention targets. You’ll train staff, manage campaigns, and build campus partnerships to drive qualified leads.

You’ll develop annual marketing plans, supervise events, and optimize lead generation while ensuring brand consistency across channels. A college-focused, results-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, real estate or related field.
• Experience in multifamily sales, leasing or management preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Social networking proficiency required (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Fluent reading and writing in English; computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assist brand management to ensure proper community-level representation.
• Analyze sub-market trends to develop marketing and advertising plans.
• Review targeting strategy, lead generation, advertising, sales messaging and collateral.
• Supervise lease-up events, renewal parties and property events.
• Build relationships with colleges, vendors and prospects onsite.
• Develop annual property marketing plans and resident programs.
• Increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and occupancy.
• Prepare market surveys and leasing reports; manage lease paperwork.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and assist with data entry.
• Manage ILS provider, website updates and bulk advertising.
• Create or review property promotional items.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate or other related field
