Job summary

Aleut Corporation's RES unit seeks a Marketing Manager to support communications, marketing and customer engagement in Alaska. You will execute campaigns, develop store signage, manage digital content, and maintain brand consistency across channels.

You will support CRM and email automation, collaborate with leadership and store teams, monitor KPIs, produce reports, and travel quarterly to Alaska store locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years in communications/PR with comprehensive marketing experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, email automation, or retail marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion Aleut values: accountability, transparency and rigor.
• Collaborate on RES marketing strategy for brand consistency across materials and platforms.
• Support RES marketing and communications; assist other subsidiaries as needed.
• Implement and manage marketing plans, campaigns, media placements and assets.
• Coordinate monthly marketing reviews with leadership; prepare agendas and insights.
• Monitor monthly reports on leads, sales, KPIs, and customer journey insights.
• Manage website content, SEO updates, social media, email, and digital screens.
• Travel quarterly to Alaska store locations for marketing alignment.
