Job summary

Aleut Corporation is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive communications, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement across RES and related subsidiaries in Alaska. You will execute campaigns, develop content, manage CRM tools, and ensure brand consistency across stores and digital channels.

Responsibilities include campaign planning, analytics, vendor coordination, and quarterly travel to store locations in Alaska. A strong background in marketing and collaboration with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in communications/marketing with campaign experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, email automation, and retail marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion Aleut values: accountability, transparency and rigor.
• Collaborate with leadership on RES marketing strategy and brand consistency.
• Support RES marketing while assisting other Aleut Energy subsidiaries as needed.
• Implement marketing plans, campaigns, media placements, and asset development.
• Coordinate monthly reviews with leadership and provide data-driven updates.
• Monitor leads, sales, KPIs, and customer insights; present improvements.
• Manage website content, SEO updates, social media, email, and digital screens.
• Conduct store visits to ensure signage and customer experience meet standards.
• Support events, sponsorships, and local marketing content.
• Maintain annual promotional calendars with MarsComm alignment.
• Build relationships with vendors, media, printers, and contractors.
