Spencer Rigby Ltd. is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager for Point of Care instruments and software. You will define the global direction, shape the roadmap, and drive the transition from legacy platforms to next-generation solutions with connectivity and data at the core.

You will partner with R&D, Medical Affairs and regional teams to craft compelling value propositions, lead market insights, and enable regions with messaging and tools to win on value.

Formación

• 7+ years in diagnostics, medtech or related field.
• Proven track record in product launches and commercialization.
• Experience with software-enabled or SaaS models (2+ years).
• Able to influence and align stakeholders in a matrix without direct authority.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Degree in business or life sciences; master's preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define global strategy across legacy and next-gen platforms and accelerate customer conversion.
• Build a differentiated clinical, operational and economic value proposition for instruments, assays and services.
• Own the governance for connectivity, analytics, software roadmaps and data-enabled value creation.
• Lead business cases for innovation during annual planning and align R&D, Medical Affairs and regional leadership.
