Labcorp seeks a Director of Solutions Marketing to lead Portfolio Marketing for diagnostic products. You will partner with Product, Sales and Medical to craft positioning, messages and playbooks that drive adoption and growth across Neurology, Autoimmune, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology and Rheumatology.

You will set strategic direction, coach a high-performing team, and build dashboards to monitor portfolio performance.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years’ experience in product management or portfolio marketing strategy.

Responsabilidades

Partner with Product Management on strategy, development and quality standards for sales enablement tools.
Focus on Neurology, Autoimmune, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology and Rheumatology.
Collaborate with Sales to identify needs and build training and tools for field enablement.
Guide market and competitive intelligence to refine messaging and tools.
Support priority accounts, field blitzes, training initiatives and pipeline acceleration.
Assess scientific trends and insights to refine portfolio strategy and KPIs.
Lead structured feedback loops with cross-functional teams to validate strategy.
Lead and develop Portfolio Marketing team with strong strategic thinking and scientific rigor.
Use AI to accelerate workflows and standardize artifacts across roles.
