Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive marketing, product management, or commercial experience in in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), laboratory medicine, or a closely related diagnostics space.
• Experience contributing to portfolio strategy, product development, global or regional launches, and post-launch growth.
• Ability to turn complex clinical and technical information into clear customer value propositions and effective commercial tools.
• Demonstrated success leading work across functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Infectious Disease Portfolio Strategy and Lifecycle: Develop global strategy for assigned Atellica Infectious Disease assays, from opportunity assessment through launch and lifecycle management.
• Customer, Clinical and Market Insights: Build understanding of Infectious Disease testing needs and translate insights into product requirements and differentiated value propositions.
• Product Development and Cross Functional Leadership: Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and regional teams to inform product requirements and launch plans.
• Global Launch and Commercialization: Lead global positioning, messaging, launch readiness, and development of customer-facing content and campaigns.
• Competitive Strategy and Growth: Monitor competitors and market trends; provide guidance and track launch performance to refine plans.
