Job summary

Fulcrum Digital is seeking a Marketing Lead for the NYC metro area, guiding marketing strategy and growth across IT services and AI/digital transformation. This role emphasizes lead generation, cross-sell opportunities, and building a strong NYC presence with industry associations.

You will oversee content, digital channels, and demand-gen programs, collaborating closely with sales and account teams. A strategic thinker with 7+ years in marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on demand generation.
• Strong NYC market network and active industry association involvement.
• Background in AI, digital transformation, or IT services marketing.
• Experience partnering with sales on cross-sell/upsell initiatives.
• Proven leadership of a team (6+ direct reports).
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce for marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.
• Build and leverage a strong NYC market network and industry associations.
• Lead content marketing and thought leadership to position the company as an industry leader.
• Manage digital channels: SEO, SEM, social, and email; analyze campaign performance.
• Partner with sales and account management for cross-selling and upselling.
• Plan campaigns, events, and industry engagements to promote the brand.
• Own content messaging strategy across the marketing function.
• Drive lead generation programs in coordination with sales.
• Identify strategic partnerships to grow brand and market position.
• Mentor and develop a 6–7 person team toward department goals.
• Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
