Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Product Director for the prenatal genetics segment in the US. You will drive profitable growth, lead new solution development, lifecycle management, and secure resources across Marketing and value-delivery.

Partnering with Finance, R&D, HR, IT, Operations, Medical, Marketing and Sales, you will advocate business cases to the GM of the Clinical Segment and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing and/or product management required.
• Advanced degree in Genetics preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Storytelling skills.
• Business insight and strategic mindset; dealing with ambiguity and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth strategy for the prenatal genetics segment as part of annual strategic planning.
• Develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Rigorously assess profitability by reducing denials and cost of testing, and improving pricing.
• Own P&L responsibility for the segment.
• Lead launch team to ensure pricing, coding, reporting, training, advertising/promotion, channel strategies and tactics are launch ready.
• Understand continuum of care requirements and gaps.
• Ensure voice of customer informs product/solution creation and prioritization.
• Assess new products/solutions to enable prioritization within R&D, IT and Operations.
