From assessments and health services to employability programmes and specialist support, we do work that matters with people who care. Responsible for creating exceptional content and delivering marketing plans and activities in line with the UK marketing strategy.

Ensuring local operational teams are engaged and delivering to agreed performance metrics. Salary - £38,000 - £42,000 Home based. 9 months maternity leave cover. Advert closes 20th June. Benefits include :

  • Develop compelling content and design briefs to support marketing plans / activities
  • Draft engaging and creative copy for a range of materials underpinned by behavioral science
  • Deliver marketing plans and activities in line with our UK marketing strategy and plans, whilst adhering to commissioner / client requirements
  • Develop pro-active, cross-channel communications campaigns to support sales / referral generation
  • Deploy and oversee digital marketing activity, online, paid and social
  • Experience of evaluating marketing and campaign activity to determine impact and ROI
  • Lead a team of Executives, providing coaching and mentoring to junior members of the team Qualifications & Experience
  • Educated to at least degree level or equivalent, in a marketing, communications or English related discipline
  • Experience of digital marketing activity particularly paid social / ppc and seo
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Extensive copywriting experience (ideally with a copywriting qualification) and of drafting, developing and delivering marketing / communication plans
  • Experience of evaluating ROI or other desired outcomes
  • Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (desirable) Individual Competencies
  • Solid understanding of marketing / communications best practice
  • Strong communicator, with exceptional relationship building skills
  • Solid attention to detail and proof-checking skills
  • Creative, imaginative self-starter who can bring new ideas to promote the business
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, managing multiple projects / activities, on time and within budget
