Role Overview: Responsible for creating exceptional content and delivering marketing plans and activities in line with the UK marketing strategy. Ensuring local operational teams are engaged and delivering to agreed performance metrics.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

Location: Home based

Contract: 9 months maternity leave cover

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop compelling content and design briefs to support marketing plans and activities.
2. Draft engaging and creative copy for various materials, underpinned by behavioral science.
3. Deliver marketing plans and activities aligned with UK marketing strategy and client requirements.
4. Develop proactive, cross-channel communication campaigns to support sales and referral generation.
5. Manage digital marketing activities, including online, paid, and social media.
6. Evaluate marketing and campaign impact and ROI.
7. Lead and mentor a team of Executives and junior members.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or English-related discipline.
• Experience in digital marketing, especially paid social/PPC and SEO.
• Management experience.
• Extensive copywriting skills, preferably with a qualification.
• Experience in developing and delivering marketing/communication plans.
• Experience in ROI evaluation.
• Chartered Institute of Marketing membership (desirable).
