Description & Requirements

Role Overview: Responsible for creating exceptional content and delivering marketing plans and activities aligned with the UK marketing strategy. Ensuring local operational teams are engaged and meet performance metrics.

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

Location: Home-based

Contract: 9 months maternity leave cover

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop compelling content and design briefs to support marketing plans and activities.
  2. Draft engaging, creative copy for various materials, supported by behavioral science.
  3. Implement marketing plans in line with UK strategy and client requirements.
  4. Develop cross-channel communication campaigns to support sales and referrals.
  5. Manage digital marketing activities, including online, paid, and social media.
  6. Evaluate marketing campaigns to determine impact and ROI.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of Executives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or English-related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including paid social, PPC, and SEO.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Extensive copywriting skills, ideally with a qualification.
  • Experience in developing and delivering marketing/communication plans.
  • Experience in ROI evaluation.
  • Membership of Chartered Institute of Marketing is desirable.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to generate new ideas.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects within deadlines and budget.
  • Confident team player.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to translate business needs into marketing activities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
