Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct store visits to gather insights for product development and innovation
• Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform product strategy and messaging
• Track and evaluate WellJoy product performance and identify opportunities to strengthen brand growth and sales
• Support e-commerce initiatives by analyzing and optimizing product listings and monitoring reviews
• Assist in developing recommendations and action plans to improve product performance and drive results
• Partner with advertising agencies to support brand media planning and marketing initiatives
• Create content and materials for pet industry expos, retailer meetings and brand events
• Contribute to projects bringing new pet care products to market

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, leverage internal resources, and conduct store visits to gather insights that support product development and innovation.
• Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform product strategy and consumer messaging.
• Track and evaluate WellJoy product performance, helping identify opportunities to strengthen brand growth and sales.
• Support e‑commerce initiatives by analyzing and optimizing product listings and monitoring customer reviews and feedback.
• Assist in developing recommendations and action plans to improve product performance and drive business results.
• Partner with advertising agencies to support brand media planning and marketing initiatives.
• Help create content and materials for pet industry expos, retailer meetings, and other key brand events.
• Support the product development process by contributing to projects that bring new and innovative pet care products to market.

EDUCATION:

• Working toward a degree in Marketing, Marketing Research or Business with Marketing focus

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic understanding of key marketing principles – completion of a minimum of two marketing related classes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with conducting competitive analyses
• Comfortable working independently when needed
