Qualifications

• Basic understanding of key marketing principles – completion of a minimum of two marketing related classes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with conducting competitive analyses
• Comfortable working independently when needed

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage internal resources, and conduct store visits to gather insights that support product development and innovation.
• Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform product strategy and consumer messaging.
• Track and evaluate WellJoy product performance, helping identify opportunities to strengthen brand growth and sales.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by analyzing and optimizing product listings and monitoring customer reviews and feedback.
• Assist in developing recommendations and action plans to improve product performance and drive business results.
• Partner with advertising agencies to support brand media planning and marketing initiatives.
• Help create content and materials for pet industry expos, retailer meetings, and other key brand events.
• Support the product development process by contributing to projects that bring new and innovative pet care products to market.
