Job summary

GEON Performance Solutions is offering a Marketing Intern position for a college student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a corporate setting. The intern will work under the guidance of a supervisor and mentor to support business initiatives, process improvements, and data management activities.

This role will help the intern develop practical skills in communication, collaboration, problem solving, and business analysis while contributing meaningful work to GEON.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong academic standing and demonstrated interest in learning about manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative support within assigned department.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of findings for review by leadership.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas or perspectives on process improvements.
• Support the creation or revision of documentation, forms, or communication materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned business projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all work assignments.
• Engage in learning activities, training sessions, and professional development events.
