Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong academic performance in technical coursework.
• Previous internship, co-op, or laboratory experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, or testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Support technical projects involving process optimization, testing, or data collection.
• Conduct laboratory or production floor work under supervision, following safety and quality protocols.
• Assist engineers with data entry, equipment setup, sampling, and experimental trials.
• Collect and analyze operational or experimental data to support process improvement initiatives.
• Document results, observations, and technical reports in Geon standards.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Operations.
• Prepare presentations or summaries of technical findings for internal review.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to EH&S guidelines.
