GEON Performance Solutions is seeking an Engineering Intern to gain practical experience in engineering disciplines. You will work under a mentor on projects involving process improvement, product testing, and data analysis while engaging with manufacturing processes and quality systems.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed an Engineering degree, show strong technical coursework, and are eager to learn new tools and methods in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong academic performance in technical coursework.
• Previous internship or laboratory experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Support technical projects involving process optimization, testing, or data collection.
• Conduct laboratory or production floor work under supervision, following safety and quality protocols.
• Assist engineers with data entry, equipment setup, sampling, and experimental trials.
• Collect and analyze operational or experimental data to support process improvement initiatives.
• Document results, observations, and technical reports in accordance with GEON standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Operations.
• Prepare presentations or summaries of technical findings for internal review.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to EH&S guidelines.
