Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Strong academic standing and interest in manufacturing environments.
• Previous internship or related experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative support within assigned department.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of findings for leadership.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas on process improvements.
• Support the creation or revision of documentation, forms, or communication materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned business projects.
