Job summary

Geon Performance Solutions is offering an Engineering Intern (Technical) position designed for students pursuing engineering or materials science. Under a mentor, you will assist with process improvement, product testing, data analysis, and technical documentation to develop practical skills.

You will gain exposure to manufacturing processes, quality systems, and research initiatives while contributing to real projects and learning Geon's technologies and operations in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Materials Science, or related field).
• Strong academic performance in technical coursework.
• Previous internship, co-op, or laboratory experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, product development, or testing methods

Responsibilities

• Support technical projects involving process optimization, testing, or data collection.
• Conduct laboratory or production floor work under supervision, following all safety and quality protocols.
• Assist engineers with data entry, equipment setup, sampling, and experimental trials.
• Collect and analyze operational or experimental data to support process improvement initiatives.
• Document results, observations, and technical reports in accordance with Geon standards.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Operations.
• Prepare presentations or summaries of technical findings for internal review.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all EH&S guidelines
