Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) is seeking a Marketing Intern to support branch growth through events, outreach, and content creation. You will assist with planning and executing community initiatives, while helping to tell CCM's story across social media and local partnerships.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager on marketing tasks, attend events on weekends, and contribute to relationship-building with local organizations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a career in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Experience in marketing related coursework, professional networks, or internships.
• Interest in community outreach, event marketing, and relationship building.
• Creative content creation skills, including photography, videography, and basic video editing.
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of branch-sponsored events and community outreach initiatives.
• Support marketing, communications, and community engagement projects to promote branch growth and brand awareness.
• Develop content for social media, event promotions, and community partnerships.
• Build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups.
• Represent CCM at community events and assist with attendee engagement and follow-up.
• Research, identify, and recommend promotional items and branding opportunities.
