Job summary

ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. in North Mankato, MN is seeking a Marketing Business Analyst to join the Technical Product Line Braking team. You will analyze market trends, manage data-driven marketing activities, and support pricing, portfolio planning, and communications across functions.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, SAP/MM and SAP/FI proficiency, advanced Excel, and Power BI. Travel is limited; the office environment is collaborative with strong leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing, business analysis, finance, product management, or related function.
• Experience with SAP MM, SAP FI, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, data presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to organize, interpret, and communicate large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support product marketing activities across the product lifecycle, including portfolio management, pricing, positioning, performance analysis and planning.
• Conduct market studies related to demand planning, quotations, forecasting, and business case development.
• Analyze customer, market and competitive trends to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Sales and Marketing to align objectives.
• Develop databases, dashboards, and reports to support business analysis and decision making.
• Create presentations that clearly communicate data and recommendations to management.
• Participate in weekly management reviews with the Head of Marketing Off-Highway in Germany.
• Support marketing communications and special projects as assigned.
• Drive data-based recommendations to improve portfolio results.
