ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Marketing Business Analyst to join the Technical Product Line Braking team. You will support market intelligence, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive portfolio decisions.

The role focuses on lifecycle marketing activities, market studies, trend analysis, and data-driven presentations for management. Hybrid work arrangements may apply in North Mankato, MN area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, business analysis, finance, product management, or a related function.
• Experience with SAP MM, SAP FI, and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data presentation capabilities.
• Ability to organize, interpret, and communicate large volumes of data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support product marketing activities throughout the product life cycle, including portfolio management, pricing, positioning, performance analysis, and planning.
• Conduct market and business studies related to demand planning, customer quotations, forecasting, and business case development.
• Analyze customer, market, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align business objectives and product strategies.
• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports to support business analysis.
• Create effective presentations that communicate complex data and recommendations to management.
• Participate in weekly management reviews with the Head of Marketing Off-Highway in Germany.
• Support marketing communications activities and special projects as assigned.
• Drive data-based recommendations to improve business performance and product portfolio results.
