Your Responsibilities
- Demand Generation : Create and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (including paid, organic, ABM, SEO, content, email, and events) to generate a qualified sales pipeline.
- Performance Marketing : Oversee and enhance paid advertising efforts (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) to boost brand visibility and engage potential customers effectively.
- Product-Led Growth : Develop strategies to elevate free trial sign-ups and drive product adoption.
- Conversion Optimization : Fine-tune the website and landing pages, and enhance nurturing flows to maximize conversion rates.
- Content & Thought Leadership : Work with customer success teams to produce and disseminate compelling case studies, blog content, and webinars.
- Marketing Automation & CRM : Utilize HubSpot to automate email campaigns, segment target audiences, and assess campaign performance.
- Analytics & Reporting : Regularly review marketing performance, monitor KPIs, and analyze conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth, demand, or digital marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in an early-stage company.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot) and other platforms for executing and analyzing campaigns (Webflow, Zoom Webinar, SEMrush, etc.).
- A data-driven mindset equipped with knowledge of A / B testing, funnel optimization, and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.).
- Exceptional ability to develop persuasive messaging and campaigns targeted at enterprise buyers, safety managers, HR leaders, and operations executives.
- Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and tailored outbound marketing strategies is a plus.
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively across teams and staying focused on goals.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to proactively address or escalate issues to meet campaign objectives.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preference given to candidates able to work from our San Mateo office two days a week, with Pacific time zone availability required.
