BMC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Growth and Analytics Specialist to manage and analyze customer and account data, ultimately optimizing our marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our key personas, collaborate closely with the sales team, and leverage advanced tools to identify and engage high-potential accounts. This role is instrumental in driving advocacy across the buyer’s journey and amplifying the customer’s voice in our content initiatives.

  • Analyze marketing and sales data to uncover insights that drive business growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to identify and prioritize high-potential accounts.
  • Develop and execute targeted engagement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
  • Track and evaluate campaign metrics using marketing analytics platforms, optimizing programs to achieve measurable results.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless alignment on messaging, lead follow-up, and pipeline progression.
  • Refine marketing and sales strategies to enhance engagement and conversion opportunities.
  • Foster customer advocacy by creating a remarkable experience throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Advocate for the customer’s voice in content creation, ensuring messaging resonates with their needs and preferences.
  • Champion the customer’s voice in content creation and marketing campaigns.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) and 4+ years’ experience in marketing data analytics, preferably within an enterprise software company.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience working with SalesForce.
  • You have strong data analytics skills to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic and opportunity-focused, with a knack for identifying growth areas.
  • Self-starter who can develop and execute a clear plan of attack to achieve goals.
  • You are a collaborative team player with a deep appreciation for the symbiotic relationship between marketing and sales.

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,000 - $140,000
