The Role

In they US their remote business is seeking experienced Mid, Senior & Principal level Consultants to fill full-time roles within their Enterprise Performance Management teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing financial planning solutions using IBM Planning Analytics to achieve project success as agreed with customers; deliver technical, functional, and business outcomes of a project and maintaining high standards of professional communication.

Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• A passion and enthusiasm for Planning Analytics that helps you andclients have more of those fantastic Planning Analytics light bulb moments
• An advanced understanding of core Planning Analytics and TM1 Server components anddevelopment principles. Experience with Multithreading, MDX, Feeders, and Locking isneeded
• Proven ability to integrate Planning Analytics with various financial and operational datastores and transactional systems
• Proven ability to integrate Planning Analytics with third-party reporting and businessintelligence platforms
• Proven experience leading and delivering transformational Planning Analytics projects:
• a. Skilled in scoping structure, development, and timelines.
• b. Proven experience working and communicating with VP-level Finance and ITstakeholders
• Passion for development, innovation, and finding solutions to complex problems
• Experience with Python, TM1py, OData, and SQL is helpful
• Ability to articulate why the TM1 REST API is a game changer for Planning Analytics
• Ability to quickly context switch in the digital working environment to manage competing client priorities and internal initiatives
• A passion for continued learning and knowledge sharing
• Must have a good home office setup, video meeting capabilities, and video etiquette

Desired Skills and Experience

• Greater than5years’ experienceindelivering IBM Planning Analytics;
• Minimum education level of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject – Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance & Accounting;
• Proven project experience delivering financial planning solutions covering most phases of the project lifecycle including scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment while using project management methodologies;
• In-depth knowledge and senior level expertise in IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 including cube design, turbo integrator processes & rule engine; IBM Cognos TM1 Certified Developer would be an added advantage;
• A genuine talent for grasping complex business problems and engineering effective solutions;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly Regarded

• Background in finance and understanding of financial processes such as budgeting & forecasting or supply chain roles is desirable;
• Well developed skills/ability researching, designing and implementing customer solutions and programs;
• Strong relationship management;
• Ability to identify opportunities and taking action to help achieve business goals;
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities;
• Team player with a professional, pro-active approach
