Job summary

Twelve Labs is seeking a Marketing Generalist to support project management, events, and campaign execution. You will act as connective tissue across cross-functional marketing efforts and own real projects early in your career. Expect travel up to 10% and on-site collaboration in a fast-paced startup setting.

This role offers exposure to B2B SaaS marketing disciplines, hands-on ownership, and opportunities to learn from experienced marketers while contributing to growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• A hunger to learn and grow across different marketing disciplines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive working at the intersection of multiple teams.
• A proactive, resourceful mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing events from logistics through post-event wrap-up.
• Support execution of marketing and demand gen campaigns and programs in partnership with the marketing team.
• Provide day-to-day marketing team support, asset coordination, reporting, and administrative needs.
• Partner closely with partner marketing, design, product marketing, and demand gen to keep cross-functional work on track.
• Coordinate and track marketing projects across the team, keeping timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned.
