Job summary

Zumper Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to be a hands-on generalist across events, content, social media, sales enablement, campaigns, and marketing operations. You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to deliver work and keep projects on track.

As a core member of a small team, you’ll coordinate conference logistics, draft content, manage LinkedIn, update collateral, and help run email and paid campaigns. Travel up to 25% may be required during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in B2B Martech, SaaS or startups.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice for various channels.
• Experience planning and supporting conferences or trade shows.
• Comfortable using marketing automation and content tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
• Support content development from research to final drafts for blogs, newsletters, and case studies.
• Manage day-to-day social media on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain and update sales collateral, decks, and product sheets.
• Assist with email and paid campaigns: audience lists, testing, and reporting.
• Keep projects organized and priorities visible for the team.
