Standard Template Labs is hiring a Growth Marketing Associate in New York to act as the execution engine behind our go-to-market. You’ll write social posts, plan and run dinners and conferences, and build landing pages, then analyze results all in the same week.

You’ll work with senior IT buyers at large enterprises and translate our product into compelling stories. This on-site role offers real ownership and rapid impact, plus equity and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing.
• A genuinely strong writer with range.
• Personable and quick to connect at events.
• Exceptional attention to detail in events, QA and copy.
• Self-directed; turns ambiguity into deliverables.
• Curious about how things work under the hood.

Responsabilités

• Write a high volume of original copy across LinkedIn, email, and website.
• Own field marketing end to end: plan and run dinners, conferences, events.
• Partner with sales on outbound and ABM campaigns; build assets and sequences.
• Learn the product and explain it in simple, compelling terms.
• Track performance across channels and campaigns; adjust quickly.
• Prefer ten experiments over perfect one.
