Job summary

Nutrafol is looking for a Sr. Director, Marketing Finance who will report to the SVP of Finance. This pivotal role will oversee revenue and marketing forecasts across Nutrafol's digital platforms, including .COM and Amazon. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in DTC or e-commerce finance and a proven ability to lead teams while driving strategic insights.

The compensation range for this role is $190,000 to $220,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401K, and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.
• Direct experience in a DTC or e-commerce business required.
• Experience with Amazon's retail ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and continuously refine the Revenue and Marketing forecast model.
• Facilitate and continuously improve the financial planning process.
• Lead key strategic finance initiatives and projects.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership.
• Build and manage a high-performance team.
• Drive the adoption of financial planning tools.
