Job summary

Prism Public Affairs is seeking a Marketing & Events Specialist to coordinate and execute BVS and Fusion Manufacturing marketing initiatives, events, communications, and customer-focused activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, or related role.
• Experience managing multiple projects, events, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for external-facing communications.
• Proficiency with graphic design tools and brand standards.
• Experience managing social media content and communications.
• Excellent event planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing communications and materials supporting products and initiatives.
• Write, edit newsletters and external-facing communications.
• Create content for digital, print, email, social media channels.
• Manage social media content and engagement.
• Develop event timelines, plans, budgets, and checklists.
• Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, design, and marketing services.
• Ensure marketing materials align with brand standards.
• Track event expenses and post-event follow-up.
